Faith Formation for Youth Grades 6 – 12

Middle School youth in grades 6-8 participate in our Confirmation Program. This year's center of study is the Lord's Prayer. The Ten Commandments and the Apostle's Creed will be studied in the next two years, one each year. Besides the central theme, Old and New Testament stories and topics specific to being a Lutheran are explored. A winter weekend retreat at a Lutheran Outdoor Ministries camp is a part of our activities as well as service projects, including the Crop Walk, Gethsemane Neighborhood Service Day and Heifer Project. Classes take place on Sunday morning with leadership by the pastor and adult guides. Fellowship events happen throughout the year. For more information concerning this program, please contact Terri Siebert, Director of Learning and Family Ministries, at 614-885-4319.

High School youth meet weekly on Sunday mornings for a variety of study topics in Bible, current events in the world, spirituality, and Christian living. They also meet regularly for fellowship and service activities. Click here for more information.
