Christian Scholarship
Oesterlen provides residential and outclinic treatment for emotionally troubled children and adolescents, and co unseling for dysfunctional families. Oesterlen, also, has a school drop-out prevention program, suicide prevention, and other community programs.
Wernle Children’s Home is a residential treatment center for developmentally disabled and troubled children, ages 7-18 years. Founded in 1879 as a Lutheran orphanage, Wernle now serves neglected, abused, and abandoned children of all religious, social, and ethnic backgrounds.
University Lutheran Chapel and Student Center (Lutheran Campus Ministry)
Lutheran Campus Ministry at The Ohio State university is anchored in worship that is centered in the grace and reconciliation of Jesus Christ. Here the Word and Sacraments remind students of their baptism and affirm them as persons.
Lutheran Outdoor Ministries in Ohio
Lutheran Outdoor Ministries in Ohio (LOMO) is a ministry of the three Ohio synods of the ELCA. Five unique camps work together serving thousands of people with a variety of year-round programming including: summer camp, day camp, retreats, day events, servant events, abundant meeting space for rent, and more.
