Chris Lutz, Director of Outreach and Integration Ministries
Chris earned her M.Div. from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in 2003. Prior to coming to Gethsemane, she worked as a chaplain for Lutheran Social Services and Faith Mission. She started serving at Gethsemane in December 2005. Working on Outreach, she has helped the congregation become more comfortable talking about their faith through “I Love to Tell the Story,” a faith testimony series, and continues to encourage the congregation to invite friends to worship. We are always looking for ways for the congregation to reach out to the neighborhood. She’s also enjoyed organizing Dinner for Eight groups that have helped members get to know each other better. She enjoys serving at Gethsemane because of the great love the congregation has for each other and for the Good News of Jesus Christ.
