Are We There Yet?

The priest and the Levite? I don’t necessarily think they were bad people.

I think they were just…us.

Busy. Afraid. Wondering if this guy was a trap. Wondering if it was their “calling” to help or someone else’s.

But love – the kind Jesus spent his whole life talks about and modeling for us – is not safe or practical…“
